WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING OPTIONS?
Free ground shipping is available on all domestic orders of $50 USD or more. For orders below $50.00 a shipping fee will apply at checkout. The shipping fee will depend on the weight and destination of your order.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
All orders ship the same day or next business day from the date of your order confirmation unless otherwise stated on the product details. All orders received before 4 pm EST will be processed on the same day; any orders placed after 4pm EST will be processed on the following business day.
International orders will take longer to process, please allow an additional five to ten business days.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER
After you place an order with US, then decided to cancel the order, please notify us and we will cancel the order for you.
WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE POLICY?
We have a 30-day return or exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging.
